Engine 117 was a big draw at the annual Town of Bedford Volunteer Fair, held at the Katonah Village Library on Saturday, September 9. KFD members were on hand with membership brochures, fire hats, fire safety information, and t-shirts. Visitors were able to check out our newest 4X4 fire engine and pose for pictures in the cab. The annual event is a great way to get out and inform the public about the volunteer fire service and its essential role in keeping our community safe. Thank you to all who stopped by! Remember, Fire Prevention Week is October 8-14, and KFD will be holding its annual Open House Saturday, October 14 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Come on down and check it out!
