On Saturday, September 15, Katonah FD's Engine 115 and Car 2212 did a stand by for Ardsley Fire Department while that department marched in the annual Westchester County Convention Parade in Briarcliff Manor. KFD responded to a propane tank/grill fire during the stand by. We were glad to be able to help out our down-county neighbors. In 2016, KFD stood by for Hastings-on-Hudson when it hosted the annual county convention.
