Katonah FD units were dispatched to a two-car MVA at the intersection of Cherry Street and Route 35 this morning at about 8:45 a.m. Rescue 17, Utility 8, Cars 2211, 2212 and 2213 responded. Crews assisted with traffic control while KBHVAC checked out the occupants, who fortunately only had minor injuries. Traffic was blocked from turning from Route 35 onto Southbound Cherry Street while the scene was cleared. Crews were on scene for approximately one hour.
