KFD members turned out on a sunny, warm Sunday afternoon today to help out with the first event of the 2018 Carnival Season--fire headquarters grounds cleanup. Cleaning up all the leaves, branches and other winter debris is the essential first step in making our grounds ready to host our annual carnival--that will occur starting June 6. The next couple of months will be busy for KFD as we set up for the carnival. Look for us in town next Saturday as we begin selling our $5 raffle tickets in town. You'll then see our fire trucks rolling throughout Katonah as members sell tickets in your neighborhood over the subsequent Saturdays. And finally, get ready for our carnival, from June 6 to June 9!
