Putting on a successful carnival takes a lot of effort on the part of KFD members, who devote countless hours in the weeks leading up to four-day event getting everything ready. Thanks to their efforts and the incredible attendance on the part of you, the members of our community, we're proud to present our second annual "report of carnival statistics" for your reading pleasure. To wit, during our four day carnival, we went through:

242 cubic feet of helium
310 lbs of hot dogs (approximately 2,170 hot dogs)
20 lbs of meatballs
100 lbs of sausage
140 lbs of chicken tenderloins
550 lbs of potatoes
350 lbs of hamburgers
735 lobs of frying oil
80 lbs of cheese
56 lbs of onions
and 60 lbs of peppers.
