At about 7:35 a.m. today, Katonah Fire Department responded to a motor vehicle accident at the intersection of Route 22 and Route 35. Upon arrival, units and personnel discovered a two-vehicle accident, with the cars separated by substantial distance. The accident resulted in a large amount of debris in the westbound lanes. Thankfully, there were no serious injuries. Fire department members cleaned up this debris and directed traffic until the vehicles were removed by local tow companies. Units were operating for approximately one hour.
