Around 11:30pm on Tuesday night, Tanker 6 was requested to Goldens Bridge for a reported structure fire. 2143 (GBFD 2nd Assistant Chief) reported a fully involved house fire. Tanker 6 arrived shortly after, stretched a hoseline off of Engine 140 (GBFD), and proceeded to knock the fire down. The fire was under control within 25 minutes. Engine 116 was requested to stand by for GBFD throughout the duration of this incident. Tanker 6 assisted with overhaul operations until being requested to relocate to Goldens Bridge Fire Headquarters to replace Engine 116. Tanker 6 was in service from GBFD around 2:00am.
