A three-car accident in front of Squires Clothing Store in downtown Katonah on Sunday, December 7 tied up holiday shoppers for awhile. A pickup truck ran into another parked car, which was then pushed into a third car. The driver of the pickup truck, and a pedestrian who was sitting on a bench in front of where the accident took place were treated by Katonah-Bedford Hills Ambulance Corps members. KFD responded and assisted with traffic control, scene cleanup and scene safety. Units were operating for approximately one hour.
