Bear, Wolf and Tiger Scouts from Cub Scout Pack 1 inundated Katonah Fire Department recently. The scouts are going for their "Paws for Action" badge, which involves learning about what it takes to be a firefighter, how to have a home escape plan in the event of a fire, and what to do in an emergency if a parent isn't home. The scouts were able to tour the engine room, climb into the fire apparatus, and see how quickly a firefighter can get into his turnout gear. Thanks to Lt.
