On Saturday, Katonah Fire Dept. softball team played in Mahopac's 100th anniversary tournament. We played in 6 games against other local departments including: Mohegan, Fishkill, Mahopac Falls, Croton Falls/Bedford Hills, and Put Valley/Brewster. We won 4 and lost 2, putting us in 3rd place out of the 12 teams. We'd like to thank all the members who came out to play, with a special thanks to our most improved player Travis Paul. We would also like to extend a thanks to our co-captains Julia Smith and Brian Cohen for organizing this for us. Everyone had a lot of fun and are excited for our next tournament (Saturday August 16th)!
