At 11:03pm last night, Mini Attack 15 and Utility 8 were requested to Somers for a multi-alarm brush fire. Cars 2212, 2213, MA-15, and U8 responded to the scene to provide additional manpower and tools for knocking down the fire, hitting hot spots, and overhauling. Several Departments throughout Northern Westchester were requested to the scene. The fire took nearly two hours to knock down and an additional two hours to overhaul and place all units back in service.
