Late Wednesday morning, at about 11:40 am, Katonah Fire Department was dispatched to a motor vehicle accident at the intersection of Woodsbridge Road (Route 35) and Cherry Street. Three vehicles were involved. Car 2212, Engine 115 and Rescue 17 responded and established a safe zone around the accident scene. Fortunately, injuries were not serious. KFD personnel controlled traffic, maintained the safe zone and helped clean up accident debris. The scene was turned over to police and KFD units were back in service by 12:30 pm.
