On a hot Sunday afternoon, at around 4:30 PM, Katonah Fire Department was dispatched to a motor vehicle accident at the intersection of Cherry Street and Valley Road. The driver was removed from the car and transported to the hospital by Katonah Bedford Hills Volunteer Ambulance Corps and Westchester EMS. The damaged utility pole was reported to NYSEG.
