At about 8:15 AM Tuesday morning, Katonah Fire Department Volunteers were dispatched to a reported car fire on Golden's Bridge Road. Engine 115, Tanker 6, and Engine 116 responded. Engine 115 arrived on scene and established command, reporting a fully involved passenger sedan fire on Golden's Bridge Road between Edgewood Road and Deer Park Road. A line was stretched from Engine 115. Meanwhile, Tanker 6 arrived and prepared to provide additional water, while Engine 116's crew provided support for Engine 115's crew. Personnel were on the scene for a little over an hour. There were no injuries to either firefighters or the occupants of the car. KFD was back in service by 9:30 AM.
