On Thursday evening, November 17, the Westchester County Fire Advisory Board honored Katonah Fire Department's Hank Bergson for his years of service to the fire advisory board, particularly in his capacity as Chairman of the Fire Advisory Board. A proclamation from Westchester County Executive George Latimer was presented by Westchester County Department of Emergency Services Commissioner Richard Wishnie. In addition to recognizing his years of service, the proclamation also designated Friday, November 18 as "Henry Bergson Day" in Westchester County, with his name appearing on the Jumbotron in front of the Westchester County Center in White Plains. Hank is an Ex-Chief in Katonah Fire Department and currently serves as Chairman of the Katonah Fire District Board of Fire Commissioners.
