KFD volunteers were dispatched at about 7AM Saturday morning for an MVA rollover on Cantitoe Street. Rescue 17, Engine 115, utility 8, Car 2211, and Car 2213 responded. Fortunately, the vehicle's occupant managed to self extricate, however, the car had rolled over and crashed into a utility pole, which was severely cracked. KFD units assisted with scene safety and traffic control, closing down the southbound lane of Cantitoe Street while the car was removed by Northern Westchester Auto Body, and while the occupant was checked out by WEMS and Katonah-Bedford Hills Volunteer Ambulance Corps. KFD personnel cleared the scene by about 8 AM.
