Thanks to KFD member Charlie Noe, we have a really cool video of the 1974 Fire Department Muster that was held at Kensico Dam. Officially referred to as the "Fifth Annual Fairchester Antique Fire Apparatus Show and Muster", it was held June 29 at the dam. Fire departments from all over New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, and Connecticut brought their classic antique apparatus. The event led off with a parade, followed by a pumping contest between close to 100 pieces of apparatus dating from as far back as 1842 to 1950. Katonah Fire Department's 1928 American LaFrance pumper, "Mary Anne", was one of the competitors.
