Capped by a live burn and the ever-popular fire truck rides, Katonah Fire Department held its annual Fire Prevention Week Open House on Saturday, October 11. Kids were treated to a bouncy castle, an opportunity to shoot a fire hose, engage in fire equipment scavenger hunts, and color fire department-related pictures. Cider and donuts also proved to be very popular. KFD volunteers are grateful to our community for coming out and learning about fire safety, and possibly joining our department.
